Where BRINOVELA delivers, delivery costs and times by country, tracking, and import VAT and duties.

Where we deliver
BRINOVELA sends every order from the United Kingdom with a tracked service. We deliver to the countries below. If your country is not listed, we are not able to deliver there yet.

The delivery cost is charged once per order, whatever the number of pieces, and is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates given by the carrier and are not guaranteed, particularly at busy times of year.
When we dispatch
Pressed flower pieces are laid in by hand, so we dispatch orders within 2–4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking link when your parcel leaves us.
Tracking and delivery address
- Every parcel is sent with tracking, and we keep the delivery record.
- We deliver only to the address given at checkout. Please check it carefully — if it needs changing, email support@brinovela.shop before your order is dispatched. Once a parcel has left us we cannot redirect it.
- We do not offer collection in person or deliveries arranged by the buyer’s own courier.
Import VAT, duties and customs
Because we send from the United Kingdom, deliveries to the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United States are imports. Our prices and delivery charges do not include import VAT, customs duty or the carrier’s handling fee in those countries.
- EU countries: import VAT at your country’s rate (for example 19% in Germany or 25% in Denmark) and a carrier handling fee may be collected by the carrier before delivery.
- Norway and Switzerland: import VAT and a handling fee may be charged on delivery depending on the value of the parcel.
- United States: import duties may be charged on delivery under current US customs rules.
These charges are set by the authorities and carriers of the destination country, are paid by the recipient, and are not collected by BRINOVELA. If you refuse to pay them and the parcel is returned to us, we refund the price of the goods; the original delivery cost and any return charges the carrier bills to us may be deducted.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking has not moved for 10 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with your order number (and a photo of any damage). We will trace the parcel with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if it is lost or arrives damaged.
