Terms & Conditions

The terms on which BRINOVELA sells through brinovela.shop.

Last updated 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

brinovela.shop is run by BRINOVELA, a sole trader business based in England, United Kingdom. Address: 49 Eastry Avenue, Bromley, BR2 7PE, United Kingdom. Email: support@brinovela.shop. Phone: +44 7857 716201. Further details are on our Legal information page.

These terms apply to every order placed on brinovela.shop. We sell to consumers buying for personal use. Please read them, together with our Delivery, Returns & withdrawal and Privacy pages, before you order.

2. Our products

  • Pressed flower pieces contain real, dried flowers and leaves laid in by hand. Each piece varies slightly from the photographs in the size, shade and position of the flowers; the plant, colour family and layout match the description.
  • Real pressed flowers soften in colour over time when exposed to strong, direct sunlight. This is a natural property described on each product page.
  • Botanical Label Cases are printed with our own original illustrations and are consistent from piece to piece.
  • Phone and AirPods cases are made for one specific device model each. You are responsible for choosing the model that matches your device; the product page explains how to check it, and you confirm your models before paying.
  • Our cases have not been drop-tested and we make no claim of drop or impact protection.
  • iPhone, AirPods and MagSafe are trademarks of Apple Inc. BRINOVELA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Where we say a product is “for iPhone 17” or “MagSafe-compatible”, we only describe which devices it fits.
  • Product photographs show how a design looks; colours can vary slightly on different screens.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We send an email confirming that we have received your order; this is not yet acceptance. The contract is formed when we send the email confirming dispatch. If we cannot accept your order (for example because a piece is unavailable, or the price shown was clearly wrong), we will tell you and refund any payment in full without delay.

The steps to order are: choose a piece (and your device model), add it to your bag, enter your details at checkout, review the order summary, tick to accept these terms, and press “Place order and pay”. You can correct your details at any point before pressing that button. The contract is concluded in English. We keep a copy of your order and send it to you by email.

4. Prices, currency and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency of the country you are delivering to (GBP, EUR, DKK, SEK, NOK, CHF or USD), with the currency code next to each price. You are charged in that currency.
  • The total you pay — goods plus delivery — is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. We do not add any other charges. Import VAT, duties and carrier fees for deliveries outside the UK are explained in section 6.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal payments by PayPal, over an encrypted connection. Your full card details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored on our website.
  • Your bank may charge its own fees for payments in a foreign currency; these are outside our control.
  • We are not currently running any promotions or discount codes. If we do, the conditions will be shown with the offer.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the countries listed on our Delivery page, with tracking, to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominate. If delivery is significantly late, you may contact us to cancel and receive a full refund.

6. Import charges

Orders to the European Union, Norway, Switzerland and the United States are sent from the UK and are imports. Import VAT, customs duty and carrier handling fees may be charged by the carrier in the destination country and are payable by the recipient. They are not included in our prices or collected by us.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and cancellation

Consumers in the UK and the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. In addition we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of delivery, and you can cancel free of charge before dispatch. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are on our Returns & withdrawal page.

8. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We must supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have legal rights to a repair, replacement or refund — under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK, and under the legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years in the EU. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or restrict. A phone case is not a guarantee that a device will not be damaged.

10. Intellectual property

The designs, illustrations, photographs and text on this website belong to BRINOVELA. You may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

11. Complaints

If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at support@brinovela.shop — we will try to resolve it quickly. If we cannot, consumers may contact their local consumer advice service (in the UK, Citizens Advice; in the EU, the European Consumer Centres Network). The EU online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this website when you placed it.
